It's best to scout with high position/pitcher and efficiency ratings. Also, have 2 scout pitchers by region you have a better out come rather than scouting 1 by 1. However, for players its best to scout them individually and this is where efficiency rating comes clutch. Anything above a 90 rating would scout a players by 45% or higher.
