Yeah, read on comedians process. They tour the same material for a long time. Chris Rock sometimes takes up to 5 years and 1 new tour a year (which Trixie does last 3 years) is considered to be very fast turnaround. Just because you've watched all her videos on youtube doesn't mean she's supposed to come up with new stuff every month for you. Tv shows have rooms of writers for that and they miss funny stuff a lot of the time. And finally, it's the material that Trixie was touring for year and a half and then retired. So relax already

Exactly. Of course comedians repeat their jokes, especially when they're working day after day after day and have to be ON in so many different settings (like Trixie). In the past, before everyone was online, comedians could write a set and use it for a looooooong time. Now they're expected to come up with something fresh whenever they're doing anything. Please. I have massive respect for Trixie. She works so much, so hard. If she had to do even more I'd expect her to die from exhaustion. The world is better with her in it, and I'd like her to stick around.

TL;DR: I'd buried huge chunks of watching A Chorus Line at the theatre, because I was 10, a gal, and was there with my Dad. I'm so embarrassed, it took me too long to figure out the tune. As soon as she started, some dusty old synapses lit up. First thought: Disney? No. Wait, I remember this tune from, of all things, American Dad, but that's not the source... Then after a few Google searches: "Oh god, of COURSE!" My dad took me to see A Chorus Line when I was 10 (I am female, had already hit puberty fully by that time). I have some clear memories from the show (I'm 37), but some slipped into my subconscious out of the embarrassment of watching it with my dad.
