As Trixie basically gave her a life, money a job and unconditional love. They are soulmates. You don’t have to be together to be soulmates. I'm quietly hoping that after they watched this final season, they decided to binge the entire series together, because it really is a beautiful representation of two very different but compatible people growing their friendship, going into business together, navigating complex life-changing events, and doing it with a lot of humor.
