I know a bloke that used to work for RAM. He was being flown across Australia (from Melbourne) to fix the damn things. The Lexus will be reliable and will have FAR better after purchase service/support.

from what I understand when Rams get imported to Australia there are a lot of parts changed out for Australian law reasons. That may be what is causing these issues. My TRX has been phenomenal for almost 2 years and 80,000 miles.

I know some trx owners with 250k miles on them and they only done oil changes...you cant jump that lexus in the desert...or tow shit. Trx is supreme.

Lexus needs to do something about that tall first gear. I have an rc350 with the 8 speed auto and the ratios, especially first gear, are too long. Its geared where the power is all up high in the rev range

LC500s are so slow. The last fast car Lexus built was the ISF. A stock 2012 IS350 is quicker over the 1/4 than the LC500.

Simple case of RWD vs 4WD, I guess. That said, that LC really started reeling him in at the end of the 1/4 mile. Almost 10 MPH faster!
