Obviously superior HP cannot be denied, as the both bikes have much more HP,but torque gets the Ego moving much better and quicker..OVER TIME...

The ZX-10 is not geared for drag racing and has a monstrously tall first gear; it's hard to get it out of the hole quickly and cleanly. I didn't expect to see the stock one stay as close to the Evo as it did on the launch. Whoever was piloting those big girls is a helluva rider!

kind of a let down, I have yet to see any body pull the front wheel up on that Ego bike. with all that torque, why can no one modulate the throttle well enough to get it up?

Because the controller modulates the torque on start..otherwise with the huge amount of torque you get instantly, you could get into trouble quick.

John Zoccano true, I can understand that, it makes sense. I'm just surprised to see that all the reviews I looked through nobody is willing to try and wheelie on the bike or to bring the front end up slightly and hold it there. I wonder, throttle control / wheelie control is may be set too high on those types of bike and it just prevents the front wheel from coming up?

lollofly22 nowadays with modern bikes having so many electronics so many different types of controls you would think it would be easy to modulate an all electric bike to let you pull a wheelie. Obviously it won't let you 12 o'clock or flip the bike. For my preference the bike has to be able to float the front tire at the very least power wheelies are very addictive
