Even if Unicorn amd Pulsar were Bs6....Fzs will still be last...Fzs doesn't have much power....It is just a good city bike for daily office commuting...but looks like sporty....While Unicorn and Puksar are known for their power, toughness and reliability.

the best choice out of these is fz for sure. I personally own an unicorn but fz has better weight balance. and due to thin tyres of unicorn, you dont get confidence to lean in corners.
