Nice... Just stumbled upon this after I typed Jeep wj drag racing😂, I was following your build, you've built a beauty. I think with all the mods you've done you should get a tune up, my two cents tho I'm not as half knowledgeable or creative as you😂This should have been on martinbuilt tho, I'm sure tonnes of guys would have loved to see this. Keep up with the amazing content. Big fan. Wish I could buy this truck off of you after you're done modding it up, it's so perfect😂

Thank you I just didn't want to post it on my martinbuilt channel cuz as you can see I didn't do all that well in my opinion. I will be getting it tuned as soon as I finish with a couple more mods.. it definitely needs to be tuned. I do have the tuner.. well you never know I might sell it someday

You'll gain nearly a second with a 2800-3200 stall TC. 04's use the low stall units for the 545rfe's for fuel economy. I'm itching to test a custom stall after my HO Build is complete and tuned.

yeah I've been wanting to install a higher stall TC I know it would help the 60 ft time which would help the ET

@@martinquandel5507 found a custom for $525. I've got 3 H.O motors right now in various stages of rebuild, in going to put the Dodge RAM low stall in for break-in (CR2) with a 2008 build 5-45RFE on my 2004. Since I'm running 08 cams and intake, if you look at the dyno sheets for this swap with an HO heads/compression, it won't come alive till 3500 RPM. I'd venture to guess a good 1/2-1 sec in the quarter with a 3400rpm. 60ft would be rediculous! I've got a NP242 HD, this should make it launch like a Mitsubishi Evo. Lol

Just seems to be unwilling to get up and go. Mine is really high mileage stock HO, and it's a hell of a lot quicker than that. Not trying to be offensive, but shit, it seems slow...

Did you ever end up getting more power out of it?
@martinquandel55074 жыл бұрын
yes, I installed a set of 08 camshafts, really woke up the top end, I haven't been back to the track yet.

Can't be an HO. No way. HOs go berserk, and that thing isn't. 243000km, (149000 miles), and will still hit over 125mph on the clock, and fast. Illegal, I know, but I can get it over 60 in way under 8 secs. All 2 and half tons of it. Maybe it's the synthetic oil? Because our fuel is shit.

Just because it can do 120 doesn't mean it's doing that in a 1/4 mile lmao
