With the new kinda fix manual transmision sim setting i cant hit less that 9, with Auto trans im hitting 8.889 all the time and the new update have the same horsepower but weight 997kg and is 8.3something, is really hard

for air restriction, my minimum is 1,95 when i put the bar to -0.15 (max left), i installed every part like you did, what am i doin wrong?

I'm afraid it's due to the last update that nerfed air resistance, and since I had it configured before, it hasn't changed.

A few updates ago there was a glish in which you raised afk levels and earned gold and money since 1.0.7 and it is patched

Just make sure you do time trials of your not earning money. Most of them don't even hit max participants.
