I've just played this game for the first time this year, without knowing anything about it, and I chose Solas to be my first relationship because his flirting was so smooth. I played the Solas romance after completing an Iron Bull one (aka COMPLETELY different ends of the spectrum). In all honesty, Solas' really wasn't as good as I was hoping (not nearly enough content), with only 3 romance specific scenes in the main game (with no DLC attached and including the break-up scene). So, I was disappointed but I will admit I still bawled my eyes out in that break-up scene.
