yess its playable on low and medium settings, if you want to archive 50 to 60fps just scale down the render scale to 60℅ (resolution Scaling) it's on the Display settings by default it's on 100℅ I played the game on medium settings no upscaling used and resolution scale turn down to 60℅ sometimes 50 to archive that 60fps smooth gameplay
