I had this conversation as a trans male elf Rook and had a few extra lines about being trans and growing up as an elf in Tevinter.

I've seen the elf lines but I haven't seen the trans lines yet. The elf lines were just about how your family kept you at home and people thought you were a servant after Tarquin says it must have been tough right?

@LadyCousland1 Yes, it's just a few lines but it's nice that they acknowledged elves being treated differently.

To be fair, it's Tevinter, and Tarquin's family was probably wealthy enough to hire a mage to help him get a body he wants. That, or Ashur helped him.

Don't forget that Zara Renata regularly did blood magic to modify her body to be young and pretty.
