Have you tried the saboteur build with the same idea as this? Infinite daggers. Every crit hit from the turret gives 25 momentum with all-mothers which can fuel the dagger spam.

i haven’t tried that but i suspected it would work, can you get the turret cooldown low enough for infinite spam? how hard can you scale the dagger damage? right now i’m playing mage on a 2nd playthrough and doing the same thing but with blast spells

@@carraway_ I don't think you can indefinitely spam but with quickend, the duration increase passive, and vivify rune, you can get close. I saw people doing this with death caller with the bargain. You don't run out of hp since you have leech and siphon. You get to spam 3 different elemental skills. I haven't seen it much with spellblade. Please share your mage build/s if you so please.

@@carraway_ Oh also, I tried this with warrior, I just couldn't get enough rage for infinite spam. I find myself needing to use unbroken finale (for champion) and charged attacks (for slayer) once in a while. I haven't tried reaper.

He goes so fucking hard at me in the third phase with the ranged adds. I go flawlessly the whole fight and it just absolutely fucks me as a spell blade at the finale move set, especially when he does that crawling red attack shit. It’s so difficult to intuit how to respond to that as it’s coming at you

90% of combat encounters are AoE trash packs or mixed trash+boss encounters, so i prefer veil ranger personally, but veil ranger suffers against bosses without constant weakpoint availability (which is basically just dragons)

Did you pick the "turn every strike ability physical" skill talent? Could you do a boss video using that version? I dont like the amount of necrotic resistance enemies

That's why you need a companion that applies VUL of said dmg type to avoid that.

How do you deal with necrotic resistant enemies on nightmare?

easiest way is if you're in a necrotic-resistant sequence or at a boss, you can temporarily take the greater passive node "physical strikes" in the lower-left corner to convert strike abilities to physical damage

At what point in the game do legendary rarity become available?

it depends on the item but you can start seeing some legendary items before siege of weisshaupt if you explore thoroughly and do all sidequests

@@DejKvng grip and rip comes from one of taash's companion quests after defeating a dragon for upgrading rarities, i'm just trying to explore as thoroughly as possible, though i've missed a few chests here and there. you can also check the black emporium for possible missed items once you're in act 2

maw of the black city comes from clearing out the big blighted tree in the crossroads, if you walk up super close to it you'll see a text tip that says "x/50 darkspawn killed". you need to kill 50 darkspawn in the area which may require doing a few laps, then the blight will be clearable

How are you gaining so many advantages to heal that much?

for this build variant, adrenaline stacks count as gaining an advantage, and taash's taunt applying deflect counts as an advantage

carastes double-hat's 3rd line grants a dmg buff for all abilities sharing the same type, i believe that's the triple threat buff not sure how it interacts with the skill tree passive that grants a dmg buff for having all abilities be different types
