Do you even need to do the kamehameha? I know spirit bomb links if u use it after the last upward kick of kioken this might even only cost 4 bar which would be half made in the combo

Do the combo test in the training area on goku and it shows probably the best kaioken combo to do

Use it in Neutral and spam L and/or M. If you have more meter do the kamehameha finisher. Repeat
