He actually requires skill to utilize well and he's designed really well. My favourite ultra so far in the game. They did a good job making him very very VERY powerful but still a character you can actually win against. First ultra other than broly to not be number 1 on release( mainly cause his teams aren't as good as UGB/ Actually he might be number 1 cause he deals a shit ton to blues. I hope I'll pull him. 2 rotations in so far and nothing and I have no way to get more cc right now. Really hope I do he's my favourite new dbs character
