honestly the rising rush rates have changed so much since anniversary it’s kinda nuts, from vegito blue getting rushes within 20 counts and double rush matches to the slowed down dragonball rate and lots of dragon ball destruction units making it so getting one off takes forever

4:50 in this situation, I think the best choice from the other player's perspective is to try to cover change since that ultra UI ability only activates once. You want to get it out of the way sooner than later especially if you're dead already which in that Jiren's case, there were no way he was surviving

The nullify cover change ability is probably just the most broken mechanic in DBL history, at least since Legends Fest 2021 when unit kits and banners became more standardized. If you land a hit with UI on your team, you win the match, that's it.

Landing a hit with ui and winning the match instantly only works on trash players, any decent enough player can easily win against ui. Assuming you have a strong team of course.
