40k CC into the banner without pulling the 1% Goku means, including free multi summons, he did more than 50 multi summons on the banner without pulling the Goku. That means that there were 500 (50 * 10 since 10 characters each multi) chances for him to get the Goku up until the point he spent 40k CC. The chance of each one not being the new Goku is 0.99, so the chance of him not pulling this Goku is 0.99^500 = 0.00657048304 or about a 0.66% chance. In other words, there was a 99.34% chance that he got the Goku at least once. Summon on this fair and definitely not rigged banner!

You can say the exact opposite when he pulls the new ultra in the first multi and then another in quick succession. Which happens to lots of people all the time. Sucks but this sort of thing happened to me on the kakunsa and Rosie banner in the first year of the game. 30k no Kakunsa and I stopped.

To follow up. I play a game called wotv. For one year as a f2p player I had to pity 5 to 7 units (not one featured unit was pulled all year). It ended up being 121 multis without the main unit. With 10 units each pull that was 1210 units. With a .5% rate that means each unit has a 1 in 200 chance to be the unit in question or a 99.5% chance to fail. With the calculations I did since it is an independent system (meaning that the last pull has no impact on the next) i said .995^1210 power which is .0023 which means I had a 23/10000 likelihood to not pull any of those units. Aka .23% to not pull something or a 99.77% likelihood to actually pull something (but didn't lol). Should have played the lottery.

Saiyan Saga Yamcha sacrificed himself against the saiyaman when Krillin wanted to fight first. Yamcha intervened and said he'll fight first because he can be revived as opposed to Krillin who can't be revived because he already died before.

Also important to remember that Yamcha did win his fight, and fairly easily too. Yamcha didn't die because he was weak, he died because he let his guard down against an opponent he thought was beaten. It was something that could have happened to any of the Z-fighters at that point, with the possible exception of Piccolo.

Love Goresh, but let’s be honest. The Dev has been giving him CC for a long time now. He said a long time ago that he knows the devs personally. And he hypes units as must summon when everyone knows they only look good because of the boost they get for being new. As soon as they drop off the top boost tier, you see that they’re mid and you realize you wasted a ton of money. Meanwhile the next unit comes out and it’s “broken”. They need to make sure he gets that 14* because he single handedly markets the revenue for this game.

Goresh did 540 summons with no goku. After some math, the probability of doing 540 summons with a 1% rate and NOT getting him, is 0.44%. If you could single summon on the 2x ultra rates step you would have a better chance of getting an ultra on that single summon than this entire video happening.
