Forgive me for asking, but do arts boost actually have any kind of impact in pvp. I thought dbzoom made a video back then saying that, once you reach level 9, the rest of the arts boosting doesn't apply in pvp. I ask because i genuinely dont know if that's true anymore and level 9 doesn't seem like that much of a difference, not that i dont arts boost anyway. I know everywhere else it's good, but in pvp, i still don't know.

I feel sick when I see a whole team 14 stars. It's like I know how much money you spent to get there and you do it every banner. That's why we all watch cause we can only dream. Unless we get insane luck and pull 14 stars in a few thousand cc. Why you never do a give away or anything you would atleast double the amount of subs easy. What do you do for work ??
