I think Ultra Beast is really really good but not toxic. He is one of the most fun characters to use of the year, while not being too annoying to fight against. He has clear weaknesses while still being powerful. He also has really cool animations. Overall he might be one of my favorite Ultra releases ever. Surprising considering it is Gohan.

I think the design for Beast Gohan should be the way they try designing new characters going forward. Gohan is not overly oppressive, and is far more straightforward to counteract in comparison to other releases. He’s strong without being broken, which is how units should be.

This is not necessarily true. Beast's SBC and gauge are invaluable tools that are independent of his colour. Majin Vegeta, aside from his green, doesn't have any such mechanic that is irreplaceable. Beast may lose value because of an MV counter, but he won't 'go with him'.

Not just meta defining, but META WARPING - just one character gets such powerful kits that it can completely change the landscape of the game ,whether it's a frequency of certain types or team building or viability of older units. My list is ready according to my experience. 1: UMV 2: Beast Gohan 3: VB 4: Gotenks 5: Diama SS Goku 6: Turles 7: SS2 Transforming SS3 Goku 8: Ultra SS2 Gohan 9: Omega Shenron 10: Ultimate Gohan Reason: Majin Vegeta went up as no other unit apart from UMV or Baby Vegeta have lock in on Ultimate so with UMV u can Ultimate without fear of Beast Gohan butting in & can lock in any other 2 character & kill them + If Beast Gohan happen to use his Guage with any other Ultimate or RR u can kill him with UMV Ultimate & can get make his Special Beam cannon useless, another point is he does not have that extra defensive capability that what I felt he is lacking in his defense (if he had endurance & 3 buff cancellation that he would have been #1)

@ Bro it's my opinion what I felt while facing them, you can have your own opinion When I face Gotenks I usually call UMV use AOE green with drop combo use strike & Ultimate that's it he is dead I did not find that hard killing Gotenks compare to VB as he cancel buffs. & I'm on God Rank player too + Gotenks does not counter Auto counter Guage characters like UMV, Ultra Ss2 Gohan or UG4 (UG4 is down now but we can see some in Proud Mode) which are there in this meta, whereas when u have UMV u don't have to worry about auto counter Guage & I think VB does higher damage compare to Gotenks. So it's my opinion & what I felt with exp in pvp, u can have your own

In my personal experience, i think it is because LF goku has clear weaknesses that gotenks doesn’t. While it is true that goku has cost null, in practically every other way it is behind gotenks. Examples are the lack of cover null on entry before transforming (you have to work for it unlike gotenks), worse element color, in my opinion, as of this current meta (gotenks is much more effective against UMV and Beast), and no endurance. The only thing i can think of that ssj3 goku has the advantage is the green card more suited for longer combos, but gotenks will likely deal more damage overall to the top 2 units (thanks to his element) Edit: i do agree it is odd that the cost null of ssj3 is not mentioned, but i dont think the placements are necessarily incorrect

Beast Gohan is the best designed unit this year. Can’t convince me otherwise. As an ultra Gohan unit, we expected a toxic and broken character but he came out actually feels balanced to play with and against. You don’t feel bad playing him and against him because his mechanics require skill . And honestly he balanced the meta out to be a fast paced one with counters to high combo characters. I could go on with how good this character feels. The devs cooked with this release.

Well you don’t have MV but you have beast so you’re fine in that regard. I would either A summon on the Daima banner to get Daima goku and ultimate gohan or B wait until the happy bag summon so you can try to get gotenks or anyone else that came out this year. (Btw the f2p banner can only be summoned on 3 times but it has everyone that came out this year besides ultras) Since you’re a reroll account you can probably do both but the smartest move is just to summon on the happy bag banner then wait until the next 1-2 releases to see if the fest banners hold up. The Daima goku banner stays up for another month btw

@ well since ultra banners are complete Garbage you’re gonna have to get lucky again just to get another copy. If you’re f2p I can never recommend summoning on an ultra banner because you can waste so much cc and get absolutely nothing. I would 100% summon on the happy bags just because it’s a guaranteed lf and it could be one from this year including legends fest units. If you don’t get anything good from those then yeah I would wait until the next 1-2 units drop before summoning on the Daima goku banner. But if you’re impatient just summon on the Daima goku banner since there’s 2 really good units on there. If I had to give you an order of things to do it’s 1. Summon on the happy bags banner (I think it should be this upcoming reset but don’t trust me 100%) 2. Either wait for January Lf to drop or summon on Daima goku banner and 3. If you get everything you need from those two (or you just want another copy) summon on beast gohan/ ultra ssj2 gohan. The biggest problem you’re gonna run into is that you don’t have a fantastic bench cuz your account is new and doesn’t have zenkais available yet but since you already have really good units you should be fine.

Vegeta clan rose from the pits of hell this year, saiyans is literally always getting buffs, and why the hell did we get so many buu saga buffs? Anyways, the guy is a menace on the field and is barely stopped by the reds we were given, i should know since I use the Majin hairline myself. Now while I can admit that the Golden Arches is a powerful and borderline dumb unit, I cannot agree to him being the most "no skill" unit since Satan's greatest soldier exists. If you're wondering who that is, I'd like to direct you to the little snot nosed crybaby that got an ultra earlier this year. This mistake that crawled out from between Chi-Chi's thighs has ALL of the following... -Counter gauge -Aoe green -Endurance -Counter blue -Armor piercing blasts (that he gives to his entire team btw) -Ki reduction -2 ultimates -Last man standing of doom and despair. I don't think there will be another unit that comes anywhere close to being as no skill as this creature, and it's only gotten worse with his big brother. It's almost like Toshi didn't like that UG4 countered his Lesunshine and released an ungodly amount of yellows that shut him down and like, two red characters that can somewhat effectively fight them off.

To me, beast is a little more toxic than people say, on average people are intelligent enough to tackle, which you can’t just over ride and rush unless you threw it out before hand. In the hands of a good player beast is just insanely dangerous.

Something in between, pre beast vegito fixed a problem but casued one as well, then beast came in and changed the meta, long combos are harder to pull off certain characters no longer do what they were desgined too, like majin vegeta snipe kill or vegito blue long combos and hes a balance and healthy release, when hes at his highest hes oppressive when hes laid back hes not doing much, fixed a problem while not causing one or atleast not causing a big one the only problem i see is that his active gauge which is a like 90% one shot

This is the first time whereas both LF Ultimate Gohan and UL SSJ4 Gogeta fell off in Goresh's Top 10 List. Still not saying they're that bad even if there are two HYPER YEL ULTRA units but with Beast's release they finally got kicked off the top 10 list. But UL SSJ2 Gohan getting back in the top 10 list feels like when Revival Frieza came back from the dead when Goku & Frieza dropped back in 5th Anniversary.

Bro I can confidently say that vegito blue is way better than gotenks and daima goku, I thought he was number one by far, beast gohan is not that broken, his disruptive doesn’t even work on vegito blue becuase he has card protection and ki protection, and the arts cost isn’t a problem when you can transform or switch to gotenks, beast gohans special beam cannon doesn’t even go through half the time, its very easy to stop it, and vegito blue doesn’t even have an ult

I don’t know what’s up with goresh with beast. Is beast #1 imo? Yes. Does the game revolve around him? No. Putting vb at 5 is comical. Mentioning beast as a reason for every single character on the list is also comical. Why don’t you talk about the fact that beast isn’t tanky, like how vb or daima goku can literally 1 card into a blue and he dies. I play at god rank and trust me the game doesn’t revolve around beast. My list is beast #1, MV AND VB 2/3 you can interchange them. 4/5 is daima goku and ssj3 gotenks they’re also interchangeable. Rest of the list is fine BUT ssj2 gohan shouldn’t be on the list at all. As he’s easily countered by VB and MV and let’s all say it with goresh BEAST. Takagami 3, ssj4 gogeta and ultimate gohan deserve to be on the list more than ultra ssj2 gohan.

How can anyone say with a straight face that MV is not the most broken unit in the game? AoE greens, lock on ult, you can't attack him 3 freaking times per match (You get punished with a blue that makes massive damage everytime you do) endurance, locks cards, kills cards, literally almost impossible to counter ON A TEAM that's straight out dumb like the Majin Buu saga.
