It just means that Gogeta's Zenkai Awakening is being saved for another big celebration (possibly 7th Anniversary) and it'll impact Gogeta in a much more significant way because his Zenkai would be tuned to the powercrept meta of that time.

For example the F2P Base Vegeta zenkai can be used to buff UGB, and the tag they share is saiyan. So who's to say he couldn't be a bench for God Ki or Fusion Warriors instead.

This year is just that but for every unit for some reason. Almost every single substantial unit has been absolutely busted, changing the meta completely, only for the next celebration to come along and change that too. It's like they specifically design kits to counter what came before to the point you can't use characters you like

I’m honestly glad Gogeta Blue didn’t get a Zenkai HERE. While his Zenkai is overdue, if he dropped now, with there being already 2 POWERFUL yellows (3 if you count Tree of Might Goku), he’d be HEAVILY outshined. Unfortunately, no Zenkai in game can match the oppressive power of Ultras on release, especially with the same typing. Only “exceptions” this year where the LF Zenkai is as oppressive or strong or around the level of an Ultras power would MAYBE be Blue LF Kid Buu and Red LF Zamasu. Literally Goresh said the exact same thing as I was typing this up near the end lol. People say that’s not the case, but people are just lying to themselves because they wanted him so badly; keep your expectations low, and you’ll be less upset at the outcome.

12:36 the reason beast is yellow is pretty simple. Every beast so far has been countered by the last (as is the fact with a decent amount of characters) red beast was red so he can be countered by blue beast and ultra beast was yellow so he can get countered by red beast. If you think this is just for beast look at characters which are the same form and same name yet have multiple releases, each one either counters or gets countered by the last variation

And yes the pre revival version of the character IS the characters name same with transformation units and their pre transformed state. It's why the devs say Legends Limited Pikkon and Legends Limited Ultimate Gohan instead of Legends Limited Gogeta and Legends Limited Beast Gohan
