Zenkais are good because even if the characters is still bad or mid you have the zenkai stats boost for another character but do you remember the time before zenkais legends took some bad character and increased the numbers and abilities in their kid and made them top tier like ssj red vegeta

Blast Armor, Card Draw Speed, Ki reduction null, Ki recovery and cover null are just the baseline for what this unit is missing. The zenkai gotta spook the meta. YEL Fusion, Saiyan, God Ki or Movies...

Nah I don't see them giving him Blast Armor on strikes like CMZ and Kid Buu. But what he really needs is Card Draw Speed, Draw cards on entry, restore more ki on entry, nullify element factors on green card upon activation (Like Super Baby 2), easy access cover null, more Cut Pen, card protection, and restore ki per card. As for who he'll be Zenkai Buffing, I'd rather it be Fusions or God Ki.
