It is pure presumption to say it is a same sword. What is the main purpose of a scouter? Just because reading power levels is what we see them used for often, doesn't mean it is their main purpose. They're basically wearable phones. It is purely a presumption to suggest that any Saiyans were born with no tail. More likely they were removed to prevent ape transformations. Also, to be fair, the Garlic Jr. saga gets cut out of normal broadcast DBZ usually as it's entirely useless filler, so he's more of a movie character than a regular show character.

Episode Bardock was released and that is set right after Planet Vegeta is destroyed and he is sent back to the past when planet Vegeta was still planet plant and he meets an ancestor of Frieza (Freezer) called Chilled and at one point bardocks like walking up to chilled and he turn into a super saiyan (Super Saiyajin) so commonly speaking he was the true first super saiyan

its good quiz overall, but i will say this as a long time dbz watched some of these questions were deceptive. like the first question abt the first super saiyan, bardocks transformation was retconned in super so i was kinda on the fence there, and the one with the Z fighters (based off the image).
