Yes! I love every moment of the song, because I see the battles. I am only disappointed it's fitting just first, 21th torunament, but they reused it later, instead of writing new lines. This would be amazing. If the 22th torunament had it's own version with Tenshinha, Chaozu and Tsuru Sennin.

Years ago when I decided to watch through all of it from beginning to end, I started with Dragon Ball and finished with GT. A decade when I wanted to rewatch, I skipped it, remembering it as "not as good". Then yet another decade later, I started watching Dragon Ball Z again and enjoyed the early episodes so much, that I decided to stop and go back to try Dragon Ball again. Dragon Ball can be epic, sad, brutal, tragic, funny, lovely and sweet. Even if this isn't a deep story; even if there are more complex and better elaborated stories; this started as a gag manga, but there is something i can't explain that makes this so special, i don't know what it is but i call it the "Dragon Ball magic" the mystical of anime/manga. What a wonderfull series. I comment this because maybe someone could read this someday, and i want that person to know what the series means to me. This might be all wrong or over interpretation, but here is what I got from DB and the tournament arcs : The first tenkaichi is about finalising your learning. Which means surpassing your master who taught you all you know, doing things even he didn't teach you and would not be capable of. It's the first step of apprenticeship. Goku ultimately fails it because he's not ready and wise enough to surpass his master yet, but he 's on the good way. The second Tenkaichi is about confronting what you learned previously with you master against other students that learned things differently, confronting ideas and gaining wisdom from it. Here Goku has surpassed is master as well as Tien, which symbolised by Roshi giving up for the new generation. Even though Goku fails to win, he makes a friend at the end of this step which is the true meanining of it. The third Tenkaichi is about how being the best at something also implies that you should use your skill to bring good around you and to fight what is wrong. It's about being responsible and proving that all you learned made you a true hero. In this tournament Goku is now an adult, he had overcome his master in the previous Tenkaichi and beat Tien here to prove he's worthy of the two previous steps. However because the last one is the most important and the one you cannot fail as it is not about apprentice ship anymore but real life, Goku wins this time with the first shot, showing he can now be a master himself. I like this interpretation but of course it is one out of many other possible. And I might have explain it poorly as I'm French and also kinda tired at the moment I wrote this haha

There are currently two Anime Music Packs for Sparking Zero which you can buy. They include over 20 soundtracks. Unfortunately, Mezase Tenkaichi isn't included in either of these packs. It's a shame because it's one of the best Dragon Ball soundtracks. I really hope that they do a "Anime Music Pack 3" and include Mezase Tenkaichi in it. I knew dragon ball was a thing for years. Just never gotten around to watch it. Until January 2023. Finished the OG dragon ball in 2 months I believe, and completed dragon ball z in just under a month. Finished dragon ball gt, and now I'm halfway through dragon ball super.
