Sean Schemmel & Christopher Sabat, voices of Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo and various other voices in the Dragon Ball universe, give a Q & A panel with a room full of fans at the 2017 FAN eXpo Canada in Toronto.
Sean Christian Schemmel (born November 21, 1968) is an American voice actor, ADR director, and screenwriter who has worked for Funimation, OkraTron 5000, NYAV Post, 4K Media Inc., Central Park Media and DuArt Film and Video. He has provided voices for a number of English adaptations of Japanese anime, as well as various animated series and video games. His most notable voice role has been the adult version of Goku in the Funimation dub of the Dragon Ball anime franchise.
Schemmel first began voicing Goku for Funimation in 1999, replacing Peter Kelamis (who had in-turn replaced Ian James Corlett). He has since been the most consistent English voice actor for the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball franchise; having voiced the adult and older teen variations of Goku in every anime series produced so far (Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, Dragon Ball Z Kai and currently Dragon Ball Super), and nearly all Dragon Ball animated movies and video games, as well as the supporting character King Kai. In addition to his voice acting career, Schemmel was also an ADR Director and Script writer for NYAV Post, where he had directed and adapted for English dubs of several Japanese anime series. In the field of narration, he has won two awards for his audiobook recordings.
Christopher Robin Sabat (born April 22, 1973 in Washington, D.C.) is an American voice actor, producer, ADR director, and line producer at Funimation and OkraTron 5000.
Sabat provided voices for a number of English versions of Japanese anime series such as a number of Dragon Ball characters, including Vegeta, Piccolo, Yamcha, and some others. In Funimation's re-dubbing of One Piece, he voices Roronoa Zoro. Other major roles include Kazuma Kuwabara in Yu Yu Hakusho, Alex Louis Armstrong in Fullmetal Alchemist, Tatsumi Saiga in Speed Grapher, Kurogane in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle Daisuke Jigen in Lupin the Third, In video games, he voiced Garland in Dissidia: Final Fantasy, Rundas in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Alex D in Deus Ex: Invisible War, and both Captain Smiley and Star in Comic Jumper.
He is the founder and director of OkraTron 5000, an audio production company that provides support for some of Funimation's and other dubbing titles.

After I watched the original dbz dub for the first time i noticed pretty quick by the end of it EVEN THEN that gokus kind of a dick.. He's away from his family for probably most of the series, being dead n shit half the time, chi chi fallin apart without him and he gives no shits. I've watched a LOT of these panels and I've learned some negative things about Sean and Chris. Chris is a huge control freak and has a short temper. often gets pissed at his cast members and fires people because he simply doesn't like them.(Kid Goku/Kid Gohan) Sean often is insensitive about the things he says culturally and racially. Ive seen him make jokes about hitler and the holocaust and make bad racial jokes. So they are pretty much who they voice...
