The only choice is to wait for his beam and dodge and combo, attack him with the kamehameha after the balls attack which you can only block, you can do nothing but watch if he comes with a tackle just take the hit and run. Never try and fight him close range on neutral his normals hit like a damn super and finally save you're sparking meter for solar flare it makes him lock off you giving you just enough time to land one solid charged kamehameha. Keep two bars just incase he beams you and you're good
