8:42 This attack was actually in the Raging Blast games as an input-command super (where you pressed the right buttons to continue the attack). This was called "Complete Shot", but it could possibly be under another name in ZERO. 9:56 Zamasu's bird attack here is actually "Lightning of Absolution", but he does use Blades of Judgement in the super attack montage near the end of the trailer.

Nah Trunks just knows how to use it. It’s easy to learn. Roshi Goku Krillin Yamcha Tien Gohan Goten all use it so he’s bound to pick it up

Corrupt Zamasu was playable online in XV2 but only raid quests and offline in Vs or practice mode. But this is also the first time we have the smaller corrupt Zamasu before he turns giant.

It all looks amazing I can’t wait! My only thing is they have to make the voices line up to mouth movements more accurately this is next gen. Also to give us different multiplayer modes. Having your friends join and spectate matches and await their ass woopins and also local multiplayer!

I understand what u are saying about not liking all the super saiyan transformations looking the same but I feel like if the transformation doesn’t have an iconic pose or look while transforming(example: ssj namek goku, ssj3 goku, ssj2 gohan teen, super saiyan god vegeta) then what’s the issue with it if they all can just pop super saiyan like that. It wouldn’t make sense to give them all a unique super saiyan transformation when they don’t have it in the manga or anime. Most of the time they just charge up and then turn super saiyan nun special

Just to clarify with the beam clash. That was indeed a beam clash and not an ultimate move. This is what we call beam clash assist. Certain characters have the ability to gain a small boost from a character in their party in team battle once a beam clash occurs. This is a team battle exclusive feature, and only occurs with certain sets of characters such as the ones we see here. They will start solo and automatically get help from a partner character such as trunks with goten as long as that character is still able to battle and has not already been defeated. Once they win they will have a power up animation to finish the beam clash as we saw with Kale and Caulifla. *There will still be team ultimates this is just not one of them The reason I am so excited about this feature is one I heavily recommended during initial development for the game and the team decided to implement it. I am one of the many developers for the game and can guarantee countless hours have went in this project to make this an experience true to the games we all loved. You guys are what make these games possible! I wish I could say more but I hope you all enjoy the game and are ready to battle this fall! ☺️

I hate how fans ruin games by being so anal retentive about little things like the transformation scenes we're about to get a bunch of characters and insane gameplay and here someone is worried about what the transformation scenes look like seriously stop it what do you expect this game is going to have an insane roster of characters we can't have it all dude something has to give you can't have unique transformations for every single individual character and then incorporate all their signature moves fight introductions and so on people are so goddamn greedy nowadays 🤷🏾‍♂️

Never was a fan on splitting variations based on eras when Raging Blast tried to fix that nonsense. Kid Gohan and Teen Gohan makes sense but Namek Goku and Buu arc Goku? nope, just combine the movesets and make it customisable.

Corrupted Zamasu is playable in Xenoverse 2, but only in Training mode and in Crystal Raid mode as a Boss. Besides, Fused Zamasu can transform into Corrupted and is playable, both forms, in The Breakers.

I've also noticed that a lot of the movements for new characters were similar to the bt4 mod. Some examples like Vegito's Big bang attack and base Gogeta's stance. Some of Caulifla's and Kale's moves too.
