This alternate universe: I imagine that Cold, realizing that Frieza and Cooler went to Namekusei and Goku managed to leave them badly injured, escaped to Earth, but Frieza and Cooler escaped. They then plan revenge and decide to attack Earth just before the Cell Games. When Cold arrives, he betrays his children when he realizes that they could dominate the universe And he apologizes to the Z warriors and leaves Earth XD

Kinda disappointed his Ult is just summoning Mecha Frieza. We never got to see how strong Cold is on his own, but always having him tag in Frieza for his move-set feels kinda insulting. That's like having Goku assisting in Vegeta's Ult, let him have his moment in the spotlight for crying out loud. Considering we don't know what Cold can do, it was a good opportunity to just make up a new ult move.

It’s accurate to the source though because he didn’t do anything on his own, every time we saw king cold, we saw Freiza. Hell the ultimate is what they probably were planning to do to Goku before trunks crashed their party

@@joelhardaway1143 Source accurate Big Bang Kameha is also a letdown, but every game turned it into a beam of supreme power instead of the wet fart it was in the anime. So I don't see why Cold couldn't get a upgrade too.

It is! They replaced King Colds voice actor for DBZ Kai in 2010 and then cast the same actor as Beerus

They are both actually stronger than Cold. I think Colds form looks like the second one cause his kids are a more evolved generation. He cant transform further. Its stated Frieza was always stronger than Cold Chilled,being even less evolved,has the 1st form only as his actual form.

I agree that Cold can't transform further, but I don't think his form is like this because of it. Freeza's transformations, except for the new ones, don't give him a power boost, but unleash the power he actually has, and he used to do this because he couldn't control his enourmous power properly. I guess Cooler didn't have this problem anymore, or if he had it at all, so he stayed with his actual form and found a way to evolve a bit further. I think Cold has the same power level than Freeza in his final form (before his first death), despite his body resembling Freeza's second form.

Don't believe this is the case. Most Frieza race members we've seen, canon or non canon, resemble the fourth form. Also in DBZ, Vegeta Saya something like "His kind use other forms to suppress and control their power", implying that fourth is base form.

Those forms are not for power, they are to lower power. They create those forms so they don't accidentally destroy everything.....they aren't for evolution outside of coolers 5th form exclusively. It was stated in dbz that king cold was vastly stronger than Frieza when they were in the ship together

Can someone explain to me why King Cold does not have his actual colors? We only get the Super version, which I'm not a fan of the color scheme. It's not like his original colors aren't cannon and plus, those colors came before the movie. Seriously, explain Sparking Zero because having him next to Mecha Frieza just looks off.

They do mean something in this game you can unlock characters and There transformations in the story mode or you level up you player level to get them also. You can just Play the game regularly and you get zeni to buy characters and you don't need real money to do that
