I just added up the current confirmed characters, the characters that were shown but not on the website and the implied characters. There are 40 spots left. There's NO WAY GT and Og aren't in the game Down to 36, due to zarbon and his form, dodoria and pui pui. I also added main GT characters onto those and there were 20 spots left.

There's a chance they exclude some of those characters, but now that we've seen the story, it's unlikely. So that's 36

They aren’t gonna add manga. That part of the Manga has not been adapted to anime yet that’s why. Most likely GT would be last DLC. Honestly I want GT more.
