It’s crazy how a year ago, after the first reveal trailer, we went months without getting any Info to the point people started thinking the game was canceled to now we’re getting nonstop updates, gameplay footage and monthly reveals. I really appreciate everything the devs are doing and the fact that they’re actually listening and acknowledging fan feedback. It’s crazy that they’re doing better at promoting this game than they are Daima which is wild considering Daima is the last DB project Toriyama worked on directly. If only all Dragon Ball related content got the type of promo that SZ is getting. Toei and Shuiesha needa take notes from Namco-Bandai and Spike Chunsoft on how to properly promote a Dragon Ball project

This type of promotion is really big, even more than Jump Force promotion, for the anniversary. I think that this game is important for many layers. In the memory of Akira, is a sequel to a beloved game, first fully next gen DB game, first tenkaichi to be online, first game to fully adapt Super without wierd twist and so on

Honestly, I would most like what you say to have only two characters, so that we can feel the game at least for us ordinary people :D, I think this will be the game of the year for sure, but the world is twisted, maybe it won't be :D. Idk what build this is. But SSJ3 definitely looks ALOT better as for the gameplay. That just goes to show that they are definitely listening to healthy criticism from us fans, and that they are actually putting their hearts into the game. Bringing us back our favorite childhood franchise.

7:17 alright alright guys, hear me out. Play the video at 0.25 and you will notice they warped the model in just 1 frame to the older one, just like i thought, they are modifiying the models for the cutscenes cause in the ingame cutscenes they look weird as hell when they do a close up, this really happens for the games fov that distorts the models, they clearly doesn't need to change the models cause this only happens when a close up appears just for the FOV

i learned a lot from that game footage...I'm just now noticing that transformations use up the resource bar under goku's portrait. reminds me of tenkaichi 3 and 2, Having more abilities use that up was a smart move on the devs side.

I think a demo is necessary to both ensure the hype remains for the next few months but to also make sure people who haven't played Budokai Tenkaichi can get up to speed for online. New players are going to get WASHED otherwise.

i think the video you played was an old build, the only reason i say that is because I noticed a version of this game that has this updated animation of the health bar whenever a player gets hurt. It's the smallest thing, but it kind of just hints more at the fact that this demo is probably not the most up to date version.

Nothing proves it’s a new build (muscles change with and without a shirt, even in rb2 and bt3) , it’s all placebo. Even the ki is still grey and not black when empty.

Okay yall dont hate me but with the higher resolution this is really noticeable to me. Why does it seem like Gokus hair when he transforms is super stiff for like half of the transformation? I thought before it was flowly for the entire transformation but now it seems stuff until the 2nd half of the transformation.... like the last few seconds. It needs to start flowing as soon as the transformation starts I feel like?? I mean its very noticeable. It should flow the entire time like when he is charging. A nitpick I know but this is Unreal Engine 5 and even the first game play trailer looked better with the hair during transformations. It looks amazing everywhere else!
