You could write an essay out of this scene, the whole party actually. Beerus treatment of everyone depends on how they treat him. Vegeta licks his boots so Beerus puts on the God act, Bulma and everyone else just see him as another guest so he is nice to them, but Buu acts like a entitled kid that can do everything he wants because he is strong and Beerus puts him in in place. The fact that he didn't outright destroyed Buu shows this, he just disposed of him in the most embarrassing way possible. The thing is, Beerus is an entitled kid that can do everything he wants because he is strong, he just have some self control. But seeing those two interact like this sure shows how deep of a character he is, specially considering others aspects of his character

i love DBS super in how they fully fleshed out the introduction for Beerus's character, and his status as a God (of Destruction). His authority and presence is so damn overwhelming that *everyone* must submit to whatever he desires of them. He's not so sinister in that he attacked first, asked questions later, but the exact opposite. He requested via Whis to sample the pudding and Buu said no. Not to even let his absolute authority go unchallenged, the standoff initiated. He even lets Buu strike first just to give him the chance to realize his mistake. Beerus gives Buu the bidness and educates him on his personal pet peeve. He's on such another level that every interaction with him is life or death if you don't play your cards right. I miss this Beerus, is later water-downed comedic relief Beerus just character development? Or was his intimidation just a pecking order establishment before we were revealed his sillier side?

Vegetto could've killed Buuhan (who's MUCH stronger than any other Buu) at any minute. You have Golden Freeza, who's stronger than Buu Arc Super Vegetto, going up against a much weaker Buu. How could Goku and Vegeta not kill him?

Akira wrote himself into a couner when he added a regenerative, healing, magical man child with immense power, so he make him do dumb shit like fall asleep for 2 months. Richardson Duwan Fat Buu handled himself way better against kid Buu than SSJ2 Vegeta did. This point in the anime is only 3 years after these events,so Vegeta at this point is probably around the same level, maybe a bit weaker, maybe a bit stronger. Fat Buu is between SSJ2 and SSJ3 in terms of power when it came to the Kid Buu Saga, in those 3 years, SSJ2 Vegeta probably closed most of the power gap.

I say never cause buu couldn't push beerus back not even a lil, while vegeta could goku fought beerus in ssj3 before this fight happen and look what beerus did goku couldn't touch him, vegeta did it in ssj2 and surpass goku ssj3 and 3 years ago goku ssj3 was stronger then fat buu soo vegeta is stronger then buu not by a lot or little
