@Zord90 It still depends. From what we know, Broly has the potential to be the strongest character. Heck, he went into goku's level and beyond in like a couple minutes at most while Jiren and Goku trained their asses off just to get that strong. Also, Broly managed to tank hits from SSJB Gogeta and Gogeta Base is already stronger than SSJB goku. Broly in his legendary form I would say rivals about 80% of SSJB Gogeta's power.
