Phillip Dobbe what does it mean treating them as if they had no specified cost? Does it mean the colors don’t matter?

Taylor Franke, yes it means that if it has two red dots and two blue and a number, then you do not have to specifically pay the two red dots and two blue dots, you can use any color to pay for those.
