I do agree that Super Saiyan God forms are pathetic especially since it's a color swap. As for Arale she is a fully fledged gag character meaning they are unbeatable in the series. They are usually for entertainment instead of power development. Super Saiyan 4 was epic and I wished they continue to explore more of the Saiyan lineage for transformation. As for Broly it makes sense they had to fuse since he is the Legendary Super Saiyan unique every thousands year. There are instances where humans have extraordinary traits for example there was a guy named Michel Lotito that could eat metal. Additionally, there are creatures in Earth that are far superior in strength the Dung Beetle can pull 1141 their own body weight. That is where Jiren fits too as he is a different race and could be a prodigy similar to Frieza. Frieza got to Super Saiyan God level by training only for 4 months to get Golden form. Broly would demolish Jiren if he trained as well.
