not just the opponents and arenas, but even the costumes were chosen to fit (eg Goku is in his Ripped outfit fighting against Frieza on Namek when he turns super saiyan. Makes me want to play these games all over again. 2: This is why future Dragonball games need to take cues from some of the old ones. The What If fusions, the quick comments when characters transform ("the mack daddy of justice" from Gotenks still hilarious). I applaud the effort that went into this. Not only did you show *almost* every single transformation and fusion (skipping all but the new ones from Infinite World as well as Veku and the failed forms of Gotenks) but you also went to the effort of making them logical. For example Cell transforms into his second form against Android 16. Then he becomes Perfect Cell against Super Vegeta. And Super Perfect he is against super saiyan 2 Gohan. This is some wonderful attention to detail. The only one that could have been done different in my eyes was supreme kai fusing in front of Goku on the supreme kai world rather than with Buu but that is very minor.

You forgot about the Buu absorbtions from what I've seen. In Budokai 2, he can fuse with a ton of different characters. Such as Piccolo, Tien and Yamacha, Freeza, Cell, Vegeta, and of course the other characters cannon in the show. Also, a lot of the assets from these semi-3D DBZ fighting games are tweaked and re-used for the later iterations, so Budokai 1-3 had them way before Burst Limit ever did. The only game shown here to come out after Burst Limit was Infinite World, and even then it wasn't far off.

They really need some remasters & be ported to modern consoles.
