actually, the GT files (which are official) say that 1/4 of a sayajin actually can transform, so Pan was the last one to actually be able to transform.. Goku and Vegeta Jr. were just a fail of gt..

That makes no sense. Goku junior is at least 1/16th Sayian and can transform. It really IS because she's a female. The Ultimate guide to Dragonball explains that while Pan and Bulla both have the potential to transform into Super Saiyans, they never showed it in the series due to disputes in the production team on what a female Super Saiyan should look like.

I have to be honest Tenkaichi 3 did a much better job than this game but this game was so much more better than Tenkaichi 1 which was really terrible and didn’t have all of the GT villains including Omega Shenron it only included Baby and Super 17 and only SSJ4 Gogeta with no Omega Shenron
