My Brother And I Have Been Questioning This For Over A Decade Now. Grew Up With The PS2 As My First Console. My Theory Is... They Haven’t Made A Tenkaichi Concept Including The DB, DBZ, And DBS full character line because if they were to make that game... they know they could never top it. It’s all about revenue and sales in my opinion. @@turbotrup96 OMG yes. I can't believe how bad some of these youtubers are at playing this game. I mean, I haven't played Budokai Tenkaichi 3 in at least 10 years and I still remember how to do all the moves. It's not like that game was super complicated to learn. Once you learn how to do the moves for one character, when and where to use blast attacks/rush attacks/death ball attacks/etc., how to defend, how to counter while defending, the game is ridiculously easy, even on the hardest difficulty, with any character. The movesets really don't change that much from one character to another. The only real differences are you might have to press a different directional button in combination with L2 + Triangle for example, and you might need to know which attacks are blasts, rushes, or death ball/spirit bomb attacks, but other than that, it's very simple. Hell, even the combos are pretty much the same from character to character. The only real difference are the animations, which can take a little bit to get used to, as some moves require different timing than others. I used to play this against other kids in my neighborhood all the time on my PS2 and it eventually got to the point where they would stop playing me because I never lost to them. I'm not bragging, as this game really is that simple, and I'm not normally that good at fighting games. I'm pretty average to below average at other fighting games, like Mortal Kombat, for example. So, if a guy like me can be that good at this game, then youtubers who play games all the time have no excuse.

It has better fighting mechanics than any other DragonBall game for sure. So many different combos, each character has a unique combo set. I remember playing with a friend of mine and close combat could last as long as 30 seconds without a clear winner if players know what they're doing. It was thrilling.

@@furinkazan9066 If you want cool combos, play Budokai or, even better, FighterZ. Arena Fighters should focus more on movement options, they are 3D after all. The Ultimate Ninja Storm is a good example for this. Speaking of which, you'll still find a lot of crazy, fast-paced movement in this game. Tenkaichi 2 may have had more skill-based gameplay, but for casual play T3 is by far the best.

But there’s needs to be a reinvention in the genre that can bring back that fresh feel to both of these series. I think a game like Shinobi Striker had a good concept, but it ultimately fell short. Same with the Xenoverse series.

This game has to arrive on a professional modder`s hand, all videos like that what i watch, keep the same. New skins on existent moves, some make up on menu or initial video, character selection, but the game still equal... It`s nice to see the skins of Super, but see the same moves on new characters, it`s so... disheartening. Modders like those ones who made the HD Fanmade Rework on Resident Evil 4, or that guys who`s making Superman, Iron Man games on Unreal Engine, u saw the Need For Speed Undergroud 2 on Unreal Engine? It`s just unbelievable. This game has to arrive on this modders, in passionate and competent people like them. Or we will die, and will not see this game with the graphics and changes that this really deserves.I'm not belittling, I'm just telling the truth. Since we discovered the Mods for this game on PC, we only received Skins updates. That was really cool and interesting, but in 2010. Not anymore. Sorry for mentioning this in your video bro, but you know it's not personal, and you probably want a real rework as much as I do.

There's nothing wrong with the new forms or the villians designs. It's just the storytelling in DBS didn't do enough to make any of it meaningful to people. Like Jiren for example. I truly believe the only thing wrong with Jiren is how hard they dropped the ball when they finally told us his backstory. As for the hair colors... Look, after GT we all knew it was only going in one of 2 directions. Different hair colors or different hair lengths and degrees of spikiness lol 😅
