I think the only weak point from this game is the story mode, it is very short and they skipped a lot of battles. However, this story mode has the dialogue in battle thing, what is nice.

Yeah, but this is a video game, lol. It would be no fun if you finished him in one hit gameplay wise. And in many fights in the Tenkaichi games, you would kick the enemies ass, even though your character actually got destroyed in the show.

The Don Juan Demarco Yeah, you would know this game is very lazily put together as a whole if you have ever owned it (not calling you out or saying you haven't before, please don't take it that way.) It's exactly the same as the second one, with a crappy excuse for a storyline, hastily put in characters with the same exact movesets as others simply to bolster the character roster number, and plain bad side modes not at all worth playing. That's why I don't understand why the game gets even half the praise it does, considering all what I just said. I personally think they should have just left it at 2, and then went in an entirely different direction, maybe avoiding the Raging Blast games as a whole, as well. Not to say I at all hate the second one in the Tenkaichi series or RB1&2, because they are fantastic games, no doubt. It's just a lot of dumb stuff revolves around them, sadly.

olivier dussuau I think anyone who likes any type of fighting games can agree with you there, heh. And the roster of course being as big as it is ever going to be in this game and anime series really helped this game avoid complete mediocrity due to it's shit story mode and pointless other modes other than free battle. I just think the storyline aspect in this type of game should never be glossed over unless it has games that came out before it that had great one's (which DBZ did, of course. Tenkaichi 2 and Budokai 3 being fantastic one's.)

Dunno why people bum this one so much, I much prefer Tenkaichi 2 with its expanded story line. This one just seemed like a quick cash in to make it a trilogy, and the extra characters weren't that amazing, King Vegeta and King Cold for example... Might as well play as Vegeta and Frieza Second Form.
