Honestly, I’m a bit more sad that this isn’t an Active OST, because I can only *imagine* the absolute fire that would come out from the pause, similar to the bait and switch for SSJ3 Golden Ape Goku. Still great, but a full song or at least active skill would catapult this song into the heavens.

Imagine his active being a taunt or a stat increase (permanent or a strong temporal buff), where he states his lines from 122, and a costume change (not like his 6 yr counterpart) like with the agl ssj duo where he loses his armor, but he can link up with the 6 yr blue evolved Vegeta, and his passive ends up being better (and the lr art of his aura punch being a super attack counter). God this makes me wish he had more, he’s still solid, but man, I had some ideas for this Vegeta and it didn’t happen.

You can tell they rushed Vegeta because he has only one theme...that's it, and no special mechanic whatsoever. No revive, no active skill that deals damage or buffs him, I don't understand why they didn't at least do that last part. This is insanely obvious, not just from this being, to my knowledge, the ONLY premium unit in the last few years to have ONE theme, and ZERO special mechanics, but alsi from the fact that he's lacking in the animation department. His 12 ki is very basic and eh, which shouldn't be excused using his ability to do many attacks in a turn since last year's blue gogeta does the same but is WAYYYYY better looking, and his 18ki is very acceptable...that is to say, it looks good in both versions, well animated for sure, but they're not top of the line. I mean, nothing original until the unit super attack- and even then, it just ends with a Kamehameha and Final Flash? What about that card art, where's that punch? It couldn't have been used for a counter or nullification at least? Where's that knee strike Goku's doing? WHY IS THERE NO KO SCREEN?!? This is sad, especially since I'm not sure if we are ever getting another evolution blue vegeta for a loooong time. Like, not until the super anime comes back or a new movie comes out with him using the form or something like that. There was so much potential for this unit considering that UI was in the art, but they really just didn't do anything special with him. Edit: Actually, Gotenks only came out with an active and that's all...so, here's another unit with only one theme, however, at least he has an active. An active skill is better than an intro, because the latter can still be put into a unit's kit, while the former is something that can't just be added into a passive.

My idea would’ve been for him to have an active skill where he talks about his saiyan pride from ep 122 and he gets a permanent stat buff (or a strong 1 turn one), his lr art of him doing the aura punch being a super attack counter, then a morale boost & costume change where he loses his armor where it plays the scene from ep 127 when he walks up to jiren in base before telling him not to underestimate him and transforming, therefore upgrading his passive, mainly his medium chance supers now being a high chance.
