Thinking about it, usually a new transended form resulted by having ki focused and power up to break the limit. I think if Goku was to absorbed such amount of ki, he would attain SSBE or even beyond already.

Honestly I think the reverse for me. The active skill just builds up for so long to get the last drop. Still good but it's a lot of build up. This just feels good the whole way through imo.
