Just give Lr INT Vegeta, his categories, add Super Saiyan, Exploding Rage and Crossover (Namek Super Saiyan Vegeta appears in one of XV2 PQs) and you have it

welp, I gave it a go and created the info for this guy (that's just my take tho): TUR Extreme TEQ Anger of the Saiyan Race - Super Saiyan Vegeta HP: 19.230 ATK: 16.480 DEF: 9.969 Leader Skill: "Exploding Rage" or "Planet Namek Saga" Category Ki +3 and HP, ATK & DEF +170%; plus an additional Ki +1 and HP, ATK & DEF +30% for characters who also belong to the "Pure Saiyans" Category Super Attack: Final Collision - Greatly Raises ATK & Raises DEF for 1 turn, causes immense damage to enemy and greatly lowers ATK Passive Skill: Inevitable Massacre - Activates the Entrance Animation at start of character's attacking turn (once only); Ki +3 ATK & DEF +150%; plus an additional ATK & DEF +80% within the same turn after receiving an attack; plus an additional ATK & DEF +50% when performing a Super Attack and attacks guaranteed to hit with 3 or more Ki Spheres obtained; plus additional DEF +30% and great chance to guard as the 1st attacker in a turn; plus an additional ATK +30% high chance of launching an additional Super Attack as the 2nd attacker in a turn; great chance of evading enemy's Melee Super Attack and countering with ferocious power; if HP is 50% or less at start of character's attacking turn, revives with 50% HP recovered when the character is KO'd (once only) Active Skill's existence is still in question tho Active Skill: Cosmic Burst - Greatly raises ATK & DEF for 1 turn, performs a Critical Hit and causes ultimate damage to enemy Conditions: Can be activated after the character receives an attack 4 or more times in battle, or at any time when there is a "Wicked Bloodline" Category enemy or when there is an enemy whose name includes "Goku" (Youth, Ginyu, Jr., etc. excluded) (once only) Link Skills: Brutal Beatdown - Prodigies - Saiyan Pride - Saiyan Warrior Race - Prepared for Battle - Super Saiyan - Fierce Battle Category: Planet Namek Saga - Pure Saiyans - Super Saiyan - Dragon Ball Seekers - Vegeta's Family - Revenge - Inhuman Deeds - Powerful Comeback - Miraculous Awakening - Gifted Warriors - Planetary Destruction - Exploding Rage - Transformation Boost - Legendary Existence - Battle of Fate - Crossover

*Leader* : "Different timeline" or "exploding rage" category ki+4 HP, ATK and DEF +170% plus an additional ki+1, HP, ATK and DEF +30% to "super saiyan" category. *Super Attack* : Greatly raises DEF for 1 turn, massively raises ATK, seals the enemy SA. *Passive skill* : ki+3, ATK and DEF +200%. Gains an additional ATK and DEF +10% per attack performed ( +100% max ) and critical hit chance +5% ( +50 ) per attack performed. Reduce damage inflicted by allies by 5% and ATK +170% when attacking. Damage recieved reduced by 20%, plus another 30% when HP =< 85%. Performs up to 2 attacks, each of which has a 50% to be a SA. *Active skill* : massively raises ATK, does ultimate damage to the enemy and gains +5% ATK by allies. ( Conditions : after recieving 4 attacks, or performing 3 attacks, or when the HP =< 85%. ) This vegeta is a purely offense unit, with unmatched ATK stats, and a goid tanking overall.
