@@donathan2933 according to the Dragon Ball Wiki, absorption counts as a fusion and in fact, Buuhan/Buutenks would be more of a fusion than Cell because he takes on more traits from the people he absorbs than Cell does.

Absorption is just essentially just take the powers and bodies of someone else and using it to enhance your own. Plus Buu gains minor traits of the people he absorbs, but overall he still looks like himself, just transformed

@@donathan2933 fusion has multiple different meanings and Cell's absorption, Baby's control, Buu's absorption, Super 17's merge, all of these would be considered fusion under the definition I used for the script. Also, Buu taking on "minor traits" isn't exactly the case as he takes aspects of the personality, clothing and powers, look at Grand Supreme Kai and how Absorbing him turned Kid Buu into the lovable monster that is Fat Buu

I honestly don't remember Baby Vegeta holding a candle to SSJ4 Goku lol. I used to watch those particular episodes on DVD and far as I remember, Goku was basically letting Baby hit him, then told him that his punches only tickled "like a tiny feather" which pisses Baby Vegeta off, so he slams him to the ground, hits him with a revenge death ball, and Goku just stands there and takes it. Rest of that little part is a bit of a blur, but I just remember Baby didn't get anywhere until after he was turned to a great ape. He started dominating after that until Goku was powered up with the help of everyone else. Anyway, just wanted to point that out :)

In my opinion one reason why vegito is stronger than gogeta. It was explained that for the fusion dance to work, both sides have to equal their power level, meaning one has to lower it to match the other. On the other side, potara can use both fighter's full fighting capabilities

But the Fusion Dance was developed by a warrior race for the purpose of combat. The Potara is a device used by the Kais, who are not fighters nor do they typically battle. Besides, since Potara is permanent for divine beings, it makes no sense that the Kais would create a device that would effectively permanently kill off one kai, and put the fused Kai in danger by fighting in the fused form. The strength of Potara fusion seems to be a side-effect rather than intentional, which is why I think Metamoran Fusion is more powerful. The only reason why Potara is used more than the Fusion Dance is because any mistake in the dance can lead to the two fighters being trapped in a weak body for a half hour, and if the situation is so dire that they need to fuse, then any wasted time could potentially doom them. We saw this in the Broly Movie, as Gogeta failed to fuse twice. If Broly wasn't preoccupied BTFOing Frieza, Broly would have rampaged across earth and possibly destroyed the planet. Plus, we know for a FACT that Potara can be ended early by using too much power. We don't know if the Fusion Dance canonically has the same time restrictions, as Gogeta in the movie seemed to be able to fight for a while without defusing despite being in Super Sayian Blue post-ToP.

Thay can compete with supressed Gohan in the ToP, who is stronger than early Buu Arc Gohan, who could compete with Dabura, who is as strong as Perfect Cell. 03:50 Android #13 (fused) is stronger than the 2 Universe 6 Namakian? This android was killed by Cell Arc Goku, who is way weaker than ToP Gohan (supressed). 05:06 not on par. Android #16 could easily defeat this Form of Cell. The only difference was, that Cell was smarter and could catch Android #17 offguard. 08:40 Intense feat? Golden Oozaru Bebi is stronger than Kid Buu, who is Galaxylevel, maybe Galaxy+. It's like saying, it's an intense feat, that first form Frieza can blew up planets. 11:00 there are good arguments, that Aniraza is stronger than merged Zamasu, because (f. e.) ToP Goku (even at the beginning) is stronger than Goku during the Goku Black Arc. The only thing, that could saved merged Zamasu is the "becomming one with the universe", but this is more a Zamasu thing (bc of his immortality) than a merged Zamasu thing 11:30 only in the Manga is he immortal. In the Anime continuity, he is partial immortal, hence why he is mutating 16:33 no. the fight was the catalyst, to become Goku Black. His loathing for mortals comes from the believe, that mortals can only destroy things. They are constantly in war or other conflicts and aren't wise enough. His motivation, his disbelief in mortals is very well explained in Episode 53. I don't know, what Zamasu said in the dub version, but in the sub it's clear, that his disbelief is very genuine and not out of malice (at first). That's why he is pure of heart, bc he beliefs in his viewpoint about mortals.

Good points but I just wanna say that "cell arc Goku" beating Android 16 is a little iffy. That was probably one of the most violent power ups Goku had ever felt and would probably dip into mid Buu saga if that's anything to go off of.

The funniest part of this is that you think vegito dominated his opponents. I'll give you Buu bc he did handle him. The zamasu fight they were about even and the fact still remains that vegito has lost every fight he's been in. On the other hand gogeta defeated janenba in like three hits and janenba at the time was as strong or stronger than Buu. Then we get to broly where you say they were equal but it wasn't even close. After gogeta went blue broly didn't even land one hit in him and gogeta proceeded to pummel broly and was about to kill him. Bottom line is gogeta has won all his fights in the series and vegito has lost all his. I love both characters but gogeta has proven he edges out vegito.

If we are going by power alone, the v-jump magazine has both Vegetto and Gogeta as equals. Now some completely ignore the v jump statement but claim the v jump statement of broly being the strongest man as fact which is a double standard. Now when it comes to time limit the more power used the shorter the time, as ssj4 Gogeta only lasted 10 minutes and blue Vegetto lasted 15 minutes out of an hour. Now with that said Gogeta in blue shouldn't last more than 7.5 minutes if we go by the half thing since potara lasts 1 hour and metamorian lasts 30 minutes. Now that that's out of the way Gogeta was shown to use more energy attacks then Vegetto but was still fused even after Broly was sent back to planet vampa . Now it's my own theory and isn't confirmed but I've always theorized that when it comes to the god forms Gogeta is the fusion to go with as the metamorians are mortals who don't know about god ki and thus the fusion doesn't register god ki like it would normal ki. While potara was created by the gods and thus while using ssj b it drained the magic of the potara earrings shortening the fusion. Now non of this has been confirmed so it's just my theory. I'll also like to add the reason why kefla defused as because one of the earrings broke kinda like if a fused warrior is hit hard enough they defuse. Now
