The Ultimate Meat Feast should be a standard ingredient found at a campfire. However, the premium meat won't drop until the Android Saga. This is a sub-ingredient for the main course meal cooked my Chi-chi "Premium Meat Course" Which is unlocked by doing a side quest for Mr. Satan post game located at Satan City/Southeast Mountain Area. I made this video for this ingredient because I saw a lot of people struggled finding the premium meat.
