Phenomenal theme. As much as many people claim Frieza is the best villain of the DBZ era, I respectfully disagree. Cell to me is the ULTIMATE villain. A being that has all the knowledge that Dr. Gero gave the androids about the Z-Fighters techniques, Freiza’s adaptability to survive anywhere. The Saiyan’s ability to become stronger after each battle and Piccolo’s ability to regenerate back any limbs lost……Cell is the ultimate monster threat and was seconds away from conquering every thing we hold dear. Phenomenal villain.
