The attacks are unique and the scale of battle the destruction and explosions / ki attacks are massive like it should be ! Spike can come back and redeem themselves again !

Technically FighterZ does. When you deflect Ki blasts, they sometimes go into the background and destroy a part of the stage, and when a big super happens, it can destroy the stage you’re on and bring you to a new stage (ie you’re on Namek, Buu blows up, you’re on Destroyed Namek now)

This and pre global launch of jstars was something I'd watch religiously on KZbin to the point I was able to notice little details like how vegeta gets a skill/damage buff if he's in first place or use the "I'm number 1" skill. If he's first place before the buff wears off, he'll get rewarded with full 10 ki but if he not (team battle excluded) hell lose all ki

​@feese mass That's true. I tried it all alone, but i need more energy for the Genkidama... And from the logical perspective the game is kind of "milked" out well. I mean it's over a decade that this game is active in the arcades. Instead of getting Dragonball Breakers (Filler Award guaranteed) they "could" easily port this game as kind of Special Announcement. In the best case they could implement a kind of training Mode to make it more accessible... In the end i'ts for their own bank-account. I mean Bandai Namco is Publisher AND Developer for this game.. so they will miss this opportunity..

The development team for ZENKAI BATTLE is currently shutting down. They only hold events to earn costumes for characters once every few months. This game has died. It's a shame because I played it a lot with my friends when I was in high school.

This game has received few updates since Metal Cooler was added as a new character. There are only about 30 stores in all of Japan, with Tokyo and Kanagawa having the largest number of stores where this game is available. Also, the number of avid players is probably less than 200. Therefore, the name recognition of this game is quite low in Japan. When I was a high school student, I used to play this game a lot with my friends after school, but now I rarely play. This is because this game has been removed from many stores since around 2021. Unfortunately, Namco Bandai will not consider releasing ZENKAI BATTLE on PS5 or any other platform. A new Tenkaichi Budokai game has also been announced, so it is possible that ZENKAI Battle will be discontinued in the near future. It is very disappointing because ZENKAI Battle is the only Dragon Ball game that is very complete and is more about pure player skill than character performance.
