Dragon Dance by Kimberley Nutbey

The Dragon Dance performed by Kimberley Nutbey in Paris.
This video was made after the many requests I got during my yoga classes where I taught this sequence. Filming the Dragon Dance has been an insightful journey. Dealing with imperfection and acceptance towards oneself and my own work. I finally got to a place where I could settle with the most beautiful and imperfectly perfect film.
The Dragon Dance is a sequence designed to open the hips and create heat in the body. It's incredibly energizing.

Hi! I am not the choreographer of this flow. I think it has existed for a long time and many different variations are living their lives out there. Feel free to use it!
