Also the shadow layer that follows the animation. This is something i miss from early 2000s animes that i feel animes from 2013 or something lacks a little off. It had that edge and details in it that legit made it so captivating

I remember this was from a time where I would visit my older sister on the weekends and when I would she’d surpise me with half a dozen anime dvds from the local library and then I got to watch this whol series over weeks and fell in love with this series wow this brings back memories from over a a decade and a half ago

If you want a solid storyline, then you better pass this one. lol I mean, it's better than Pokemon that basically has no coherent storyline, but it's far, FAR behind Digimon Adventure, for example. It's kinda messy and gimmicky, the animation isn't the best either, the CG they used for the dragons wasn't great even back then, now it has just aged beyond repair. I really like the couple first and the last episode though. xD
