Yes I have used Chiroprators and they do help. I could not stand up straight because of my lower back and he put electrical things on my back for twenty minutes and I walked out normal. He did not crack my back or anything else though, He just put the electrical leads on.

Had an issue when I bent over and couldn't stand up and this was Monday..I went to chiropractor Tues and told him I had a golf outing in another state this coming saturday.... mind you I could barely walk in the door.. he looked at my back and said I'll be fine.. I had to go 2 days in a row but by God I was able to golf that weekend. If you ever encounter sciatic nerve issues then you'll go if he can help

They teach you proper excercises to strenghthen the muscles in the area that is causing pain. My dr can get me walking again when my back goes out.

Yes they really help if you find a good one. I locked my neck one morning. I could not move it. I went to the chiropractor and he pulled or popped my neck. I can't remember for sure. I felt all this heat come out of my neck. He said take some ibuprofen when you get home and take it easy. I have never had to go back again. And this was 25 plus years ago. I got a really good one. If you have to keep going back every week, there not very good. read reviews on them l, for sure. Good Luck

And you can go just once. Im serious I could not move my neck at all. But everyone is different. I went to another one had to keep going back and going back. I was in a car accident and got whiplash. Until I found the second chiropractor my neck was never right. But he fixed me.

Depends what the injury is! I have had major neck surgery by a neurosurgeon and a back surgery done by an orthopedic surgeon. Been to many chiropractors when I was younger for minor aches and pains but now that I have screws and plates in my neck I would not let a chiro touch me!
