No it's bug of barbarian, you need to take CM3 and 3rd awakening, the bug also doesn't work every game, you can try by using pve skill build to practice combo and test it out it's not consistent

POISON goes three ways, right? 1.The first bullet comes out from the left, so you look to the right so that the bullet that comes out toward the left flies in front of. 2.The second bullet looks straight ahead. 3.The third bullet comes from the right, so look left so that the third bullet flies forward.
