that is tempest`s skill ' Show Time ' it reduce the cool down of all passive skills by 90% for a set of time. 10s duration , 60s cool down.

If I were you (just a suggestion) I pick Windwalker, for me she is faster, more flexible, and quicker. Tempest is pretty good too, but I do more like Windwalker. But let me tell you they're both good, like what you have said.. =)

@NewstylzDrawings it is laggier for sure... a little bit delay.. it has lvl 50... but it always has PWR or FTG system... once u r out of pwr or ftg.. u can not lvl anymore except lvl from Goborta ( daredevil) or nests, which r limited per wekk

My advice: if you are pve/Pvp, GO WW. If purely Pvp, GO TEMPEST.
