It is the lack of monitoring within councils that's the problem. i have seen so many roadside crews sitting in cabs spending long periods on phones but human factors have many glitches that will limit application. Patching of course is no substitute for area resurfacing.

Quicker than the JCB pothole machine all-in-one job 👌🏼 Though maybe on bigger jobs, the JCB would be great to prepare the surface before this can finish it.
