Dragon Quest Builders 2 (PC) part... 8? Filler Episode 2

I took down the whole tree, placed down the Unused Tree, beat the boss, used blocks to get into the air to use the Item and it somehow created the top of the tree including water and Heartwood. It was a sight to behold. Hopefully this mistake won't happen again...
